We had a wonderful stay and found it to be clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The host's communication was absolutely excellent from booking through checkout, making the entire process smooth and stress free. The interior was spotless and exactly as described. The only major downside was the parking, it was incredibly tight, difficult to navigate, and frustrating to find a spot. If you're driving a larger vehicle, be prepared for a bit of a challenge. Aside from the parking headache, it was a great, budget-friendly stay, and would recommend it to anyone traveling with a smaller car or using ride-shares, or walking.

WAS DIFFICULT TO GET UP AND DOWN FROM THE APT, BUT CONVENIENT TO UAB. Positive: LIKE EFFICIENCY APT. Negative: PARKING WAS AN ISSUE, HAD TO PAY $20 IN PUBLIC PARKING. AREA IS NOT THE GREATEST BUT IS CLOSE TO UAB. THE ONLINE REGISTRATION WAS A HASSLE, AND THE DOOR LOCK PROCESS WAS CONFUSING AND CUMBERSOME.

Amazing views- great privacy 😃 Positive: Very comfortable and private apartment. The view is amazing from every window and the host was very helpful with local info for food and entertainment.

I was very disappointed. The owner was a stand up guy about it and took care of us but I was very disappointed with our Positive: The place would have been perfect had it not been dirty when we arrived. Dirty linen left behind from previous occupants, the dishes were dirty, there was under garments left on the floor by previous occupants, used water bottles and a USED BANDAGE UNDER THE COUCH.

My favorite place in Birmingham, period! Positive: Great place to stay! I return to this place each time I am in town. The space is comfortable, stylish and thoughtfully curated. The host is so helpful and is really an all out great guy. 👍🏼 👍 and⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !! Negative: I live everything
