Penthouse Studio 51

Positive: I didn't have to worry about the sounds of being in a hotel. It was very close to UAB hospital where my son was due to epilepsy surgery. Everything that was posted about the property was correct. I enjoyed my stay with my 2 children. Negative: I had a little bit of a problem with which apartment I was staying in due to the wrong lock code for the latch and also it specified a different apartment in the email. I thought the apartment I was staying in was unclean and not ready for me but they rectified after I informed them of the problem. After that it was great!

Excellent Positive: Very clean, the host was extremely polite ,helpful,and understanding especially with the latch app when we wasn’t familiar with how to work it . The location is great , just down the road from UAB highlands and has awesome little place to eat right around the corner from it. Negative: This is a key less facility , latch app is used to unlock everything including the front entry door of building and elevators . No issues ,it works just fine with app ,we were just not familiar with it but the host was great and explained it to us when we called 😊

Negative: The way the property and Towing company is set up it ruins the overall experience. I had to pay additional money to get my car back. Almost contacted bbb. I felt ripped off

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STUDIO 51 HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING BIRMINGHAM…FEELS JUST LIKE HOME AND HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN THE UNIT. LOTS OF BARS AND PLACES TO VISIT CLOSE BY AND TO THE HOST IS ALSO VERY ACTIVE WHEN REACHING OUT!!!🤎
